Hi Neighbors,
Just a friendly reminder about our community's policy regarding planters! We all love to make our homes feel welcoming, and planters are a great way to add some greenery.
To help keep our community looking cohesive and beautiful, please remember that planters are permitted in the following areas only:
At the entry to your unit.
Against the building by your garage door.
Small planters (with Board approval) may be placed in flower beds or along the edge of sidewalks.
Before you add a new planter, please ensure it meets the following criteria:
Material: Planters should be made of wood, concrete, plastic, ceramic, or terracotta.
Size: For safety and accessibility purposes, please ensure your planters are an appropriate size for their location and do not prevent or limit access to your garage or front entrance of your home. To accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility aids, pathways should be a continuous clear width of 36 inches in all areas of the community.
Board Approval: Remember that board approval is required for all planters placed in areas outside of the green areas noted on the pictures below. If you have any questions about how to request approval, please send a picture of the proposed location to our property manager, Brian Judd. He'll make sure to pass it along to the Board for approval.
Thank you for helping us keep our community looking great!
