Homeowners are required to submit their monthly maintenance fees no later than the 10th of each month. Payments received after the 10th will be considered late.
Acceptable payment methods include check and Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfer. To ensure timely posting of payments and avoid late fees, the Canyon Ridge Condo Association Board strongly encourages homeowners to utilize the ACH bank transfer option.
Be sure to include your unit number and/or address on the check.

To enroll in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank transfer program for payment of your assessments, kindly complete this form and submit it to Sound Property Services along with a voided check or voided deposit slip.
Your ACH payments will be debited from your account on the 5th of each month. Please note that if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, the debit will occur on the following business day.
Note: To ensure timely processing of your enrollment, please submit your completed form before the 20th of the month. Forms received after this date may not be processed in time for the subsequent scheduled transfer. For confirmation that your enrollment has been processed, please contact Sound Property Services directly.
