The purpose of this meeting is to elect members to the Association's Board of Directors and to discuss the Association's affairs.

You are strongly encouraged to attend the annual meeting.  If you cannot attend, please complete the proxy and give the proxy to another person who will be in attendance, so that you will be represented at the meeting.  A quorum of at least 25% of the owners is required.
